Helping adults and parents impacted by ADHD build structure, insight, and self-trust.
Meet Hillary Kelso
Certified ADHD Life Coach | AACC | Founder of Monarch Support, LLC
I’m Hillary — an ADHD life coach, social worker by training, and a woman who understands firsthand what it’s like to navigate the world with a beautifully wired but often misunderstood brain.
I work with adults and parents impacted by ADHD, especially women who are ready to create systems that actually work for them. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, struggling to keep up at work, feeling like you’re constantly dropping the ball at home, or trying to support a child with ADHD while managing your own — you’re in the right place.
My coaching is strengths-based, collaborative, and deeply practical. I don’t believe you’re broken or need fixing. I believe you’re creative, capable, and already whole — and that with the right support, clarity, and structure, you can absolutely thrive. Together, we’ll build executive function skills like time management, follow-through, task initiation, emotional regulation, and more. We’ll also explore the why behind your struggles so you can move forward with insight and self-compassion, not just another to-do list.
I’ve been coaching since 2021 and am certified through ADDCA (AACC). I also hold a Bachelor’s in Social Work and have years of experience helping individuals and families navigate challenges with empathy and strategy. I founded Monarch Support, LLC to create a space where people impacted by ADHD could feel seen, understood, and supported as they work toward real, meaningful change.
I’m based in Texas, but I coach virtually with clients across the U.S. I’d love to connect and help you take the next step toward the life you’re capable of building — one that’s not just managed, but meaningful.
